Tag member PII. Control where it goes.
Banks and credit unions hold their members' most personal data: Social Security numbers, balances, birth dates. It spreads to many systems. With Limen, you tag each field once where it enters and decide which outputs must never carry it. Limen blocks any change that would send it there.
How it works
From new data to evidence you can show an examiner.
01
Tag at the source.
Tag each personal field once, where it enters: SSN, birth date, contact, financial. Limen carries the tag from there.
02
Carry it through every step.
The tag survives renames, joins and masking. It clears when the values are truly gone. When in doubt, Limen keeps the whole output tagged.
03
Mark where it must not go.
Name the outputs that must never carry member PII, such as an analytics extract or a vendor file. Limen blocks any change that would let it through, before the change runs.
04
Keep the record.
Every run issues a certificate naming the outputs that carry member PII and the outputs checked free of it.
Get started
Show examiners exactly where member data goes.
Together we tag the personal data in one of your member tables, trace it through your pipeline, and map every report and extract it reaches. We work from your table layouts, pipeline code and consumer requirements, not member data. Start your information-security risk assessment from that map.
